Privacy Policy for A&A Communications

A&A Communications values the privacy of our Internet service customers and is committed to safeguarding any information we handle. To ensure optimal network performance and maintain a secure environment, we have systems in place to block malicious traffic. As part of our network security measures, A&A Communications reserves the right to inspect and analyze all network traffic that traverses our system. We strictly adhere to all applicable rules and regulations regarding Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) disclosures. Importantly, we do not collect, store, or utilize traffic information for customer profiling.

A&A Communications Network Management

Access to Content

A&A Communications does not block or restrict access to lawful content, applications, services, or non-harmful devices as part of our network management practices.

Traffic Management

We do not intentionally degrade or impair access to lawful internet traffic based on content, applications, services, users, or the use of non-harmful devices.

Fair Treatment of Traffic

A&A Communications does not prioritize traffic for any affiliates or engage in practices that favor certain traffic over others, including through traffic shaping or resource reservation.

No Paid Prioritization

We do not favor any traffic in exchange for payment or other considerations, using traffic shaping or prioritization methods.

Congestion Management

Our goal is to provide the best possible broadband experience for all customers. We utilize network management practices aligned with industry standards to ensure fair access and compliance with strict tolerances. Our Congestion Management System is designed to give all customers an equitable share of network resources.

Application Neutrality

A&A Communications does not implement network management practices that target specific applications. Users are free to send and receive lawful content, run applications, and use services and devices of their choice, as long as they do not harm the network or disrupt service delivery. We reserve the right to prevent harmful or illegal activities, including the spread of malware or unlawful content.

Network Security

A&A Communications is committed to addressing threats from harmful and unwanted traffic and reserves the right to take lawful measures to protect the security and integrity of our network and our customers.
